DDKR started a duo of two people inspired by art and animation to create costumes based on the designs of other artists. The name DDKR is short for DokiDokiKokoroki, which is a horrible joke made at a cafe to people who didn't understand our weird, off-beat humour.
We decided to semi-formalize as DDKR in June 2015. But we have been friends and crafting buddies for over 10 years. In this time we have grown from complete novices to semi-competent crafters, who only occasionally have to ask their moms for help.
This first post is a small photo album to show case our past work, but from here on it will be a detailed display of what we make in the future. (Warning, some of these works are just not good at all! But they show the great progress we've made.)
